What is life without music! I can't imagine walking this world without a tune to relish upon. Here I'll be trying to review some of the best musicians and their works i've listened to till now.


Classical
Lets start with the classical one. Its not surprising to hear people say "Classical music is the one we keep thinking will turn into a tune." I was one of them one day. Now I've immense regard for them. They've with them the inheritance of colossal history of mankind.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart(1756-1791)


He is the most influential of all classical composers.Its his works that strikes us the most when we talk about classical types. I've gone through most of his works. His concertos are what I call masterpieces. I started listening him since 10. The first one was a piano concerto named. Then the soulful "Requiem" then lots others from the albums titled "Mozart - The Masterworks"that included various works on Horn Concerto, Violin concerto, Piano Concerto, Posthorn serenade, Serenade Grand Partie etc. His operas including Don Govani and Die Stretchique too.  Some of my favourites are:

•  Clarinet, Flute, Harp Concertos
• The Masterworks - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - Vol 22.
• Mozart Adagios
• Mozart The MasterWorks - Vol. 20
• Serenade "Gran Partita" - Serenade K375
• Requiem
• Die Stretchique
• Don Govani

The "Kyrie" and  "Lacrimosa" from his "Requiem" are amongst the ones that take me into a new world, a new creation and I often find myself oblivious in the myriad of imaginations.

Mozart is considered (with my fullest support) the greatest musician that ever lived. Just 35 years of his life and he leaves us with some of the best music ever composed. The masterpiece in classical music!

And there're these men
Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827), The German a little after Mozart's time yet his works produce the same vigour and vibes. His best works so far my ears have caught are

• Piano Concertos #4 & 5
• Symphonies #6 & 8
• Triple Conc. In C Major, Op. 56 & Piano Conc. No . 4 In G Major, Op. 58

As I see it all his works worth listening to and the "typical" of classical music.

Next  Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky(1840-1893),the Russian wrote many works which are popular with the classical music public, including his Romeo and Juliet, the 1812 Overture, his three ballets (The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty) and Marche Slave.Some kind of energetic while some equally serene.


And there was this album called "Handel" in my shelves. But then I knew not the writer nor had any idea what kinda it's gonna be like. But the first instant I heard the "Rejoice" and "I know that my Redeemer liveth". They were so stirring. And later got to know he's Sir Charles Mackerras though even now dont know much about him.


Thats not all still ther're other classical composers like J. S. Bach whose works I've got to go through. So wish to update the blog as a some music like these strike me again!
